All services are subject to availability, seasonal conditions, and proper scheduling.


2. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone, email, or through our website.

  • Appointment times are approximate and may vary depending on job duration, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate access information to the property.


3. Payments & Pricing

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, major credit/debit cards, or approved checks.

  • Prices may vary based on service scope, chimney condition, and property access.

  • Additional charges may apply for emergency, after-hours, or weekend services.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Rescheduling is permitted based on technician availability.


5. Warranties & Limitations

  • Our cleaning and maintenance services reduce, but do not eliminate, all risks of chimney or fireplace hazards.

  • Repairs and installations are warrantied only for the specific work performed, not for unrelated issues that may arise later.

  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from pre-existing structural defects, improper construction, or misuse of the chimney/fireplace.


6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the work area is safe, accessible, and free from obstructions before our technicians arrive.

  • Inform our technicians of any known hazards, previous issues, or unusual conditions with the chimney/fireplace.

  • Pets and children should be kept clear of the service area for safety reasons.


7. Liability Disclaimer

The Chimney Geek, LLC is not liable for:

  • Damage caused by natural wear, weather, structural defects, or pre-existing conditions.

  • Injuries or accidents resulting from misuse, neglect, or improper operation of fireplaces and chimneys.

  • Loss of use, incidental, or consequential damages arising from chimney or fireplace issues.
